Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
For custom-made and personalized items, if your order has been in production for more than 24 hours, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds. If you need to modify the design, please contact us at ask@split-the-cane.com. Please note that order modifications and re-production may incur additional fees.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Split the Cane
- Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
- Were incorrectly shipped (wrong item)
- Do not meet our quality standards
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made furniture pieces
- Heavily discounted items (marked as final sale)
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Items without proof of purchase
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at ask@split-the-cane.com to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to provide you with return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the item to the provided return address (not the original shipping address)
- Keep your return shipping tracking number
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the returned item
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- We will notify you of your refund approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For orders with multiple items, we will only refund the cost of returned items
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failed delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
- Loss of products after confirmed delivery by shipping carriers
- Items damaged due to improper use or assembly
- Returns initiated after the 30-day return period
